SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve generating efficiency through efficient use of exhaust heat from a fuel cell stack.

SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 1 constituted by alternately laminating power generating cells 5 and separators 8 is housed in a housing 30. The fuel cell stack 1 is formed into a seal-less structure discharging remnant gas not used in power generation reaction outside from an outer periphery part of the stack. Combustion catalyst 20 is arranged so as to cover the surroundings of the fuel cell stack 1 to catalytically combust the exhaust gas discharged from the fuel cell stack 1, and the fuel cell stack 1 is heated/heat insulated by the catalyst reaction heat.
