PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectification switching power supply circuit that makes it possible to use a common power supply, even if different voltage values or current values are required by an electronic apparatus to be connected and whose circuit structure is simple. SOLUTION: The primary winding 2a of a transformer 2 and a main switching element 3 are connected in series to a DC input power source 1. The secondary winding 2c and a secondary side synchronous rectification element 7 are connected in series between output terminals 51a, 55a. A power supply 40 is provided that has an output capacitor 13 that is charged by a voltage generated in the secondary winding of the transformer 2 by the 'ON/OFF' of the main switching element 3. On the electronic apparatus 60 to which power is fed from the power supply 40 connected is provided a control IC 41 that sends a control signal to the gate terminal of the synchronous rectification element 7. By charging the output capacitor 13 during the on period of the synchronous rectification element 7, and by regenerating electric power from the output capacitor 13 to the DC input power source 1 via the transformer 2; output power set by the control IC 41 is supplied to the electronic apparatus 60.
