PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule alarm managing system, a portable communication terminal and a schedule information managing apparatus, in which a plurality of terminals are traced, an alarm is generated and the alarm is transmitted more surely. SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal is provided with an operation information transmitting means for detecting the operation of the portable communication terminal and transmitting the operation information expressing the detection to the schedule information managing apparatus, an operation part to which a user inputs a schedule and a schedule transmitting means for transmitting the inputted schedule to the schedule information managing apparatus. The schedule information managing apparatus is provided with a schedule receiving means for receiving the schedule, a schedule storing means for storing the received schedule, a usage terminal deciding means for receiving the operation information and deciding the portable communication terminal being used at the present, on the basis of the operation information and an alarm transmitting means for transmitting an alarm to the portable communication terminal whose use is decided by the usage terminal deciding means, on the basis of the schedule stored in the schedule storing means.
