PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost mobile advertisement system with which advertisement contents are produced easily, speedily and inexpensively and which performs changing and updating of the contents responsively and promptly. SOLUTION: The system comprises; a display device 2 which is provided on a roof 3a of a taxi 3; a DVD-R/W device in which advertisement information is recorded; and a reading and reproducing device which reads and displays the advertisement information recorded in the DVD-R/W device.
