PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate capable of properly mixing a plurality of liquids especially in a flow channel through which the liquids flow while meeting with each other. SOLUTION: The plate has a main flow channel 14 and a plurality of sub-flow channels 15 connected to the main flow channel 14 on its upstream side. A mixing accelerating means for accelerating the mixing of the liquids C and D flowing from the sub-flow channel 15 is provided to the main flow channel 14. The mixing accelerating means is constituted of the water repelling surfaces 17 and hydrophilic surfaces 18 alternatively formed to at least a part of the surface constituting the main flow channel 14 from the upstream side of the main flow channel 14 to its downstream side. By this constitution, the flow velocities of the liquids C and D flowing through the main flow channel 14 are changed to enhance the stirring effect of the liquids C and D and both liquids C and D are properly mixed to reach a housing chamber.
