PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building dehumidifying system easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: This building dehumidifying system has a building 42, two dehumidifying agent storage chambers 40 arranged under the floor of the building 42 and arranged for storing a dehumidifying agent, two intake pipes 44 for introducing air from an external part of the building 42 to the respective dehumidifying agent storage chambers 40, a hot air supply destination switching valve 58 arranged in an external part under the floor for supplying hot air to optional one of the two intake pipes 44 for drying the dehumidifying agent, a cold air supply destination switching valve 48 arranged in the external part under the floor for supplying cold air having the temperature lower than the hot air to the other of the two intake pipes 44 for dehumidifying the air by the dried dehumidifying agent, an inside pipe 54 for introducing the air inside the building 42 from the dehumidifying agent storage chambers 40 supplied with the cold air, and an exhaust part 56 for exhausting the hot air passing through the dehumidifying agent storage chambers 40 to the external part of the building 42.
