PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit for industrial machinery capable of extremely decreasing energy loss and supplying a necessary flow rate to a necessary working machine. SOLUTION: When a pilot passage 12 is communicated with set pressure control parts 14a-14c of a pilot pressure control means 14, the set pressure of the pilot pressure control means 14 is set to the pressure necessary for switching a flow rate setting valve 13 to a full gear which is a first switching position, and when the communication of the pilot passage 12 with the set pressure control parts 14a-14c of the pilot pressure control means 14 is shut off, the set pressure of the pilot pressure control means 14 is set to the pressure necessary for switching a flow rate setting valve 13 to a throttle position which is a second switching position.
