PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyolefin-based resin composition excellent in flame retardance, wear resistance, flexibility, low-temperature properties, mechanical properties such as tensile strength and breaking elongation. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyolefin-based resin composition contains, based on 100 pts. mass polyolefin-based resin (a), 50-400 pts. mass inorganic-based flame-retardant (b), wherein the polyolefin-based resin (a) comprises 30-94 mass % polypropylene-based resin (a-1), 1-30 mass % low density polyethylene (a-2) having≥0.2 terminal vinyl per 1,000 C and 5-40 mass % modified styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer having≥0.4 mass % carboxylic acid group or acid anhydride group.
