PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim device for preventing blowing of a tire by a piercer. SOLUTION: When the tire is damaged by a pointed article or an edged tool, it is prevented from blowing air and a vehicle can be safely driven to a repair service shop, which avoids labor for pushing the vehicle and a risk of life and contributes to safety of everybody in driving.
