PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oilproof paper which, in a package to take out a fried food that has just been fried, restrains the oil of the contents from permeating toward the paper layer direction and at the same time has the function of discharging the water vapor of the contents outside. SOLUTION: The oilproof paper is obtained by providing at least one surface of a paper base material layer (1) with a predetermined lattice-shaped adhesive layer (2) comprising any one of aqueous, water-soluble, solvent type, non-solvent type and thermofusion type adhesives, and further by providing the whole surface containing the above adhesive layer (2) with an oil repellent paper layer (3) consisting of any one of silicone resin processed paper, paraffin paper (glassine paper), parchment paper and wax paper having oil repellency.
