PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet cutting device capable of cutting a bundle of sheets containing a small number of sheets to a large number using a minor driving force and maintaining a high-grade cutting performance for a long period, and a sheet post-treatment device and an image formation system equipped with the sheet cutting device. SOLUTION: The sheet cutting device is equipped with a blade driving mechanism to move a cutter blade at least in the first direction alongside the sheet surface and cut the sheet and a receiving member driving mechanism to shift a receiving member to receive the blade in the second direction cross to the first direction and set the unused portion of the blade receiving member to the cutting position.
