PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher and a grizzly feeder highly accurately adjusting the feed amount of a crushing object to a jaw crusher corresponding to a load condition and preventing unexpected variation of carrying speed of the crushing object during operation. SOLUTION: This crusher for crushing the crushing object by the jaw crusher is provided with a grizzly feeder 15, which comprises: a grizzly feeder body 15A; a vibrator casing 61 fixed to a lower part of the grizzly feeder body 15A; a pair of approximately parallel rotary shafts 62 provided in the casing 61; a pair of eccentric weights 63 respectively rotatably provided in relation to the shafts 62, a hydraulic motor 64 for the feeder rotating the shafts 62; and a phase adjusting jack 65 allowing rotation of the eccentric weights 63 around the shafts 62 and varying the phase of the eccentric weights 63 in relation to the shafts 62.
