PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency food prepared for emergency such as disaster and wreck, or an emergency processed food having low water content and high calorie, which food is usable as such ones as bailout food for refugee due to political instability abroad and for disaster area, usable as food for rescue teams, and excellent in both of charging efficiency and palatability. SOLUTION: The emergency processed food having low water content and high calorie and excellent in nutrient balance is provided, wherein the food comprises baked and pulverized products of pie dough of high calorie and excellent in nutrient balance and the pulverized products are pulverized to have grain size giving palatability of pie.
