The clamp has a scraper (15) inserted into the annular groove (14) formed at each end of the tubular hollow body (1) of a ball circulating nut. The return element (2) of the ball circulating nut is locked with the scraper when the scraper is in the annular groove. The hollow body has an attachment groove (13) linked to the annular groove, and a spiral groove (11) in which control balls roll. A return cavity (12) is formed across the extension of the spiral groove. The attachment groove is formed to limit the fitting condition of the return element. The end cap is provided to limit the rolling motion of the control balls within the hollow body of the ball circulating nut.
