The wheelbarrow (1) has a barrow section (2) formed with a load receiving portion (7), and a wheel (10) connected to the barrow section by an axle (11). A motor (8) drives the wheel. A trailer (13) is coupled in articulated manner at the rear portion of the barrow section, and is drawn with the forward driving motion of the barrow section. An independent claim is included for the trailer.
