METHOD FOR DETERMINING DOSAGE FOR AN ORAL KILLED VACCINE

<p>There is disclosed a method for determining an administration regimen for an oral killed vaccine for use in immunising individuals in a population against an infection or disease. The method comprise administering the oral killed vaccine to one or more individuals in a population and identifying an indicative dosaging level of the vaccine which induces a reduction in immune system responsiveness to the vaccine in the one or more individuals. A further dosaging level that elicits an immune response in one or more individuals of the population without inducing the reduction in immune system responsiveness to the vaccine is then determined.</p>
