PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the user of an imaging device used for illegal action. SOLUTION: A management server 200 and imaging devices 202, 210 are mutually connected through a network, each of the devices 202, 210 transmit their own individual identification(ID) information to the server 200, which receives the individual ID information of the devices 202, 210 determines whether the individual ID information is registered in a DB 204 as a device whose use is to be restricted or not, and when the use of the device is to be restricted, transmits image formation restriction information. In receiving the imaging restriction information, each of the devices 202, 210 restricts image formation. |
