PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the positional deviation of a first effective photoelectric conversion element of a photoelectric conversion element assembly with respect to an image forming lens caused by a thermal influence. SOLUTION: A configuration is provided with the image forming lens fixed to a holding member, and a photoelectric conversion element assembly 22 having photoelectric conversion element arrays 36a, 36b and 36c in which a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are linearly arranged. In this configuration, a portion opposing directions of the photoelectric conversion arrays 36a, 36b and 36c in a perpendicular direction with respect to the first photoelectric conversion element 42 disposed between when viewed from the image forming lens in the assembly 22 is bonded and fixed to the holding member via a bracket 39 forming a fixing member 41.
