WIRELESS PROCESSOR, WIRELESS MEMORY, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor which is obtained by forming a high-function integrated circuit using a polycrystalline semiconductor on a heat-sensitive substrate such as a plastic substrate or a plastic film substrate, and used as a wireless processor transmitting and receiving electric power or signals wirelessly, a wireless memory, and an information processing system.

SOLUTION: A wireless processor comprises an element formation region including a transistor which has at least a channel formation region formed of a semiconductor film that has a thickness of 10 nm to 200 nm and is separated into islands, and an antenna. The transistor is secured to a flexible substrate. The wireless processor has a high-function integrated circuit including the element forming region. An information processing system is characterized by performing data transmission and reception between the wireless processor and a semiconductor device through the antenna.
