PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for surely detecting water wetting in an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A conductive pattern 107 is formed on an insulating surface, using one face of a substrate 101 having the insulating surface as a water wetting detecting area. A water-dispersible conductive material is used as a material for the conductive pattern 107. The first terminal 103 is provided with a space from the conductive pattern 107, and the second terminal 105 is provided to be separated from the conductive pattern 107 and the first terminal 103, on the substrate 101.
