PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel polishing device capable of polishing also the rear surface of a vehicle wheel well. SOLUTION: The barrel polishing device is equipped with a polish accommodating tank 20 to accommodate a polishing medium, a base table, and a work supporting shaft 60 mounted on the base table and admitting removable mounting of a work at the forefront and is arranged so that the polish can flow in the circumferential direction centering on the axis of the tank, wherein the work supporting shaft is installed in such an arrangement that the front face of the vehicle wheel W confronts against the flow of the polish and is arranged so that the work is positioned along the radial direction of the tank, and the distance between the shaft and the center of the tank is made smaller than the radius of the work.
