PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a wide-range adapted structure by reducing the range of control required for controlling switching frequency and to improve cross regulation. SOLUTION: A primary series resonance circuit is formed of the leakage inductance L1 of the primary winding N1 of an insulated converter transformer PIT and of the capacitance of a primary series resonance capacitor C1, while a secondary series resonance circuit is formed of a leakage inductance L2 of a secondary winding N2 and of a capacitance of a secondary series resonance capacitor C2. Then, the resonance frequency of the secondary series resonance circuit is set lower than that of the primary series resonance circuit. While, a tertiary winding N3 is wound on the upper side of the secondary winding N2 on the secondary side of the insulated converter transformer PIT. The tertiary winding N3 is provided with a full wave rectifier circuit wherein a controlled winding NR of a control transformer PRT is inserted into a rectification current passage to control the inductance of the controlled winding NR to stabilize the secondary DC output voltage Eo2.
