PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanically reflecting type phase shifter capable of improving reflection efficiency, while reducing the size. SOLUTION: Since an open strip line 4, extended ahead of a microstrip line 2 extended linearly from an input terminal 1 and having a terminal end 3 which is an open end, is laid on the way of a microstrip line 2 along the microstrip line 2 so as to be mechanically moved and so as to transmit a signal to the microstrip line 2, high reflection efficiency can be obtained by the open end.
