PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prevent easy oscillation due to decrease in phase margin caused by narrowing a frequency band by increasing the flexibility of selection of a phase compensating capacitor. SOLUTION: In a current-voltage conversion circuit, a negative feedback resistor R1 (or R1+R2) is connected between an inverse input terminal T(-) of an amplifier 2 and an output terminal To thereof, and a current Ipd drawn out from the input terminal T(-) is converted into a voltage Vo by the negative feedback resistor R1 (or R1+R2). The amplifier 2 has a plurality of output routes A, B capable of independently outputting signals having an amplified voltage change by the current Ipd, phase compensation elements C1, C2 provided on the plurality of respective output routes A, B, and a switch SW2 for selecting a DC bias circuit on the basis of a control signal CONT2 to be input and activating any one of the plurality of output routes A, B.
