PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent re-evaporation so that temperature of condensed water flowing a valve port of a floating type steam trap in a back row is sufficiently reduced. SOLUTION: An outlet 5 of the floating type steam trap 1 in a front row and an inlet 24 of the floating type steam trap 2 in the back row are arranged in series via a connecting pipe 3. A ceramic 31 as a heat radiating member radiating heat by converting into far infrared rays is mounted on the connecting pipe 3. The ceramic 31 is prepare by coating the outer periphery of the connecting pipe 3 with a liquidized mixture of compounds of silicon oxide and aluminum oxide and water, and each coating layer is dried up to make a laminate. The condensed water flowing down through the outlet 5 of the floating type steam trap 1 in the front row sufficiently reduces its temperature so that its temperature of the condensed water is absorbed into the ceramic 31 by transmitting the connecting pipe 3 and is also radiated into an open air as far infrared rays.
