PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical joint structure of a uniaxial eccentric screw pump in which a smooth sliding of a joint member is ensured, washing is facilitated, amount of residual liquid in a pump casing after shutdown of the pump operation is cut down, and loss, which is caused by the washing, of transferred liquid (particularly expensive chemical or viscous liquids) is reduced. SOLUTION: In the joint structure of a uniaxial eccentric screw pump, a 1st engagement recess 2a and a 2nd engagement recess 7a having openings of nearly circular cross sectional shapes are formed respectively integrally at the ends of a rotor 2 and a drive shaft 7. The joint member 21 is formed of an engineering plastic. A 1st engagement projection 21a has a shape corresponding to the 1st engagement recess 2a of the rotor 2, and is engaged slidably with the 1st engagement recess 2a. A 2nd engagement projection 21b has a shape corresponding to the 2nd engagement recess 7a of the drive shaft 7, and is engaged slidably with the 2nd engagement recess 7a.
