PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special coating technique utilizing calcium to solve the problems that anticorrosive steel sheet widely used in the automobile industry and the means for reducing car weight have been approaching their limits in view of various points including water pollution caused by an electroplating and annexed drainage facilities used in manufacturing the steel sheet, and which practically eliminates the need for a special electroplating facility and the pollution problem of its waste water, thus greatly reducing the environmental pollution problem in comparison to prior art techniques. SOLUTION: The special coating technique greatly reduces the environmental destruction problems such as the water pollution caused by the electroplating facility used in manufacturing anticorrosive steel sheet. The aqueous solution containing calcium is applied to each parts shown in Figures 10 to 19 including the steel sheet by means of coating, vapor deposition, embedding, or filling, which, in the case of the steel sheet, enables the reduction of the thickness of the material and removal of the electroplating process hence reducing the water pollution to near zero level caused by the drainage facility of the electroplating process, and can make it less corrosive, lighter, and tougher.
