<p>The mobile elevator (1) has a vertical telescopic device (3) fitted with a work basket. The elevator, with two fixed devices, is usable inside and outside of a building for only one or two persons. The elevator with its base platform (2) stays in the near surface area and also beside or between the two fixed devices.
