<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressure sensor for detecting a differential pressure of a DPF device from being deteriorated through the contact with high temperature exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust device for a diesel engine provided with a filter for collecting exhaust particulate matter installed in an exhaust gas passage, a branch piping 3 branching off the exhaust gas passage, and a pressure detection means 2 connected to the branch piping 3 and detecting pressure in the exhaust gas passage, is provided with an orifice part 10 provided in the branch piping 3, and a communication shut off means 4 provided at a part nearer the exhaust passage than the orifice part 10 and shutting off communication of the orifice part 10 according to condition changes in the branch piping 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
