PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a control command of a CPU 5 by use of a USB connector 35 without opening a cabinet to bring a probe into contact with a test point connected to a terminal of the CPU. SOLUTION: A D+/D- signal line of a USB driver 6 and a program-rewriting serial communication TX/RX line of the CPU 5 are directly connected, a Reserve terminal of the USB connector 35 is connected to a BOOT terminal of the CPU 5, and the BOOT terminal is connected with a pull-down resistor 36.
