PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device, such as a facsimile device, etc. which can alleviate a subsequent communication error when data communication, such as image communication, etc. is performed through an IP telephone network. SOLUTION: A main controller 1 of the facsimile device 20 is memory transmission which transmits once storing image data in a storage. In the last communication, it sends to counterpart's communication terminal device through an IP telephone network. It is not dial errors which capability do not become mismatching by capability exchanging with the counterpart's communication terminal device, and is generated between connections with the counterpart's communication terminal device since dialling. It is YES in (YES in S2 and NO all in S3-S5) at the time of control conditions which are not performed by directing the communication, and it is controlled so that a redial may be performed through the IP telephone network (S6, S8, S15).
