<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial system formation platform for promoting automation of an industrial system. <P>SOLUTION: This industrial system formation platform includes a formation component 112 automatically forming at least a part of the industrial system on the basis of representation of the industrial system and the metadata 110 at least partially describing the representation. A physical device can be automatically constituted on the basis of at least partial metadata 110, and the database can be created and structured on the basis of at least partial metadata.
