<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium and an image generating device capable of freely moving a player character on a field while making the player keep rules. <P>SOLUTION: This image generating device includes a moving body computing means executing a processing of moving the player character in an object space based on operation data from an operating means, an intrusion prohibition area setting means and an image generating means. The intrusion prohibition area setting means includes a means of determining whether or not an intrusion prohibition area setting condition, or a condition based on the rule of a sport game, is satisfied, a means of setting the position and the range of the intrusion prohibition area on the field when determining that the intrusion prohibition area setting condition is satisfied, and a display processing means of executing a processing for displaying the intrusion prohibition area picture, or the image of displaying the range of the intrusion prohibition area, whose brightness changing from the inside to the outside of the intrusion prohibition area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
