COMMUNICATION METHOD AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication technology employing the FH-M3FSH and capable of reducing wrong detection due to a change in a transmission path.

SOLUTION: A level-frequency conversion section 107 of a transmission section 10 uses a level-frequency conversion table wherein a combination of optional n (n=1 to m) frequencies among prescribed m frequencies is cross-referenced with each value which can be taken by a level to convert a transmission pattern into a transmission spectrum. Then a frequency particularizing section 206 of a reception section 20 detects all frequencies with a signal level being a prescribed threshold or over by each chip for configuring a received spectrum to particularize combinations of the frequencies of the concerned chip. Then a frequency-level conversion section 207 uses a table whose contents are equal to those of the level-frequency conversion table possessed by the level-frequency conversion section 107 to convert the reception spectrum into a reception pattern. The reception section 20 includes a threshold determining section 205 for determining a threshold used for detection of a concerned frequency as to each of the frequencies registered in the level-frequency conversion table.
