<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector with electronic blackboard including an ultrasonic wave receiving part and an infrared ray receiving part provided on a projector, and a method for regulating an electronic pen position display range, which never causes malfunction even in inputting a reflected wave. <P>SOLUTION: In this projector with electronic projector 1, an electronic pen position detection part of the projector 10 comprises a first ultrasonic wave receiving part 31 and a second ultrasonic wave receiving part 32 receiving ultrasonic wave generated in an ultrasonic wave generation part 91 of the electronic pen 90, an infrared ray receiving part 33 receiving infrared ray generated in an infrared ray emission part 92 of the electronic pen 90, and a time difference analytic position calculation part calculating the position of the ultrasonic wave generation part 91 of the electronic pen 90 from ultrasonic wave arrival times from the generation part 91 of the electronic pen 90 to the first receiving part 31 and the second receiving part 32. The arrival times to the shortest position and the longest position of a electronic blackboard 70 are stored, and if the arrival times exceed this range, the position calculation is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
