PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control access to a real address without requiring any huge storage resource. SOLUTION: A center generates permission information T including a use condition C of a temporary ID associated with the real address of a receiver A. A mail address including the temporary ID in a user name part is used as a destination address, and in receipt of an e-mail describing the permission information T in a subject column from a sender B, it is determined whether use of the temporary ID is allowed or not (whether the e-mail is transferred to the real address of the receiver A or not) by verifying validity of the permission information T and verifying whether the use condition C included in the permission information T is satisfied or not. Then, if validity of the permission information T is verified and the use condition C is satisfied, the temporary ID is extracted from the destination address of the e-mail received from the sender B, and the e-mail is transferred to the real address corresponding to the temporary ID.
