PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling work and to restrain a constitutive element of a gas meter from being deformed when manufactured, by forming a protruded positioning means on an outer face of a substantially coplanar measuring flow passage. SOLUTION: Positioning portions for positioning and fixing the measuring flow passage 30 in an inside of a storage member 21 are formed on opposed faces 27a, 27b of the storage member 21 and the outer face of the measuring flow passage 30, the each positioning portion is constituted of a protruded portion 35 formed on the outer face of the measuring flow passage 30, and storage portions 28a, 28b formed in the opposed faces 27a, 27b of the storage member 21 faced to the protruded portion 35 in an assembled condition, and the outer faces of respective sides constituting the measuring flow passage 30 is formed to bring portions formed with flanges 30i, 30e into a substantially coplanar face with respect to portions other than the portion formed with the protruded portion 35.
