RESIN COATED ALUMINIUM MATERIAL EXCELLENT IN LIGHT REFLECTION LASTING PROPERTIES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflecting plate low in cost and having good light reflection lasting properties and processability. SOLUTION: A light reflective where a resin film is provided on the chemical forming film on one side of an aluminum plate having chemical forming films on both sides thereof and a anti-staining clear resin film wherein the crosslinking density of a coating film alone is 1.5×10-3mol/cc or above is further applied to the outermost layer to form a reflecting surface. It is preferable to further add a hydrolysable silane compound and an antibacterial/antifungal agent to the anti-staining clear resin film. Further, it is preferable to apply a radiative resin film with an infrared emissivity of 50% or above to the opposite surface of the aluminum plate to form a radiation surface.
