PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means automating a complicated chemical reaction process by a compact constitution wherein the number of parts is as small as possible. SOLUTION: The fluid control system has a plurality of sealable vessels, passages connecting the plurality of vessels mutually, and a pressure regulator controlling the internal pressure of the vessel.
