The arm has a base plate (1`) moulded from a sheet metal with an approximately L - shaped profile comprising sections (2, 3) running in a straight line, which are connected with each other by a curved section (4). The sections (2 - 4) of the base plate have an approximately U-shaped cross section and a side piece (5) of the base plate is bent in an approximately right-angled manner in the direction of a side piece (6).
