The method involves regulating heat produced and extinguished from an emission source, which can be camouflaged, by direct or indirect application of pre-cooled gas, gas mixture or a mixture with pre-cooled gas portions. The pre-cooled gas is selected from a group consisting of nitrogen, argon and carbon-dioxide. The temperature regulation is achieved under the application of suitable heat exchanger or cooling circuit.
