A tamper-resistant marker includes a blank of metal sheet material in t he form of a plane having a perimeter and two faces. A flange extends about the perimeter in a direction substantially perpendicular to the faces. One face of the metal blank has a rim raised in a direction opposite to that of the flange and forming a depressio n on the face. A label bearing a message to be posted using the marker is disposed in the depression and covered with a coating of polyurethane forming a dome over the label.</SDOAB > |
