<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing wastepaper material pulp, decreasing industrial waste material and reducing loading material cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing wastepaper material pulp comprises steps of disintegration of wastepaper, dust removal, ink removal, bleaching, and washing and/or dehydration.
