PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly display a desired web page at a client terminal. SOLUTION: This network complex machine 100 comprises a content storage section 108 for storing contents including setting information of an own device and a managing table 110 for storing update date and time at which web page information including the contents is updated in association with the web page information. The network complex machine 100 comprises a response processing section 104 that, when a specification of date and time and an acquisition request for a predetermined web page information are issued from the client terminal 200, refers to the managing table 110 based on the specified date and time and determines whether the web page information requested to be acquired from the client terminal 200 is updated after the specified date and time, or, when they are not updated, transmits information indicating non-update instead of the web page information to the client terminal 200.
