PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-curing type liquid silicone rubber composition affording a silicone rubber layer of a homogeneous fixing roll and fixing belt having excellent heat conductivity and fluidity, slightly including bubbles even when the rubber layer is thin without forming a pattern such as a flow line on the surface and to provide the fixing roll and fixing belt formed by using the composition. SOLUTION: The heat-curing type liquid silicone rubber composition for the fixing roll or fixing belt has 10-200 Pa s viscosity at 25°C and≤1.4 thixotropic coefficient.
