PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of obtaining a molded article excellent in impact resistance, chemical resistance and in addition antistatic property by blending polymers having specific structures. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition contains (A) 10-89 mass% styrene-based resin component obtained by (co)polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound or the aromatic vinyl compound with another vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the aromatic vinyl compound in the presence or absence of a rubbery polymer, (B) 5-80 mass% olefin-based resin, (C) 5-50 mass% graft polymer obtained by (co)polymerizing the aromatic vinyl compound, etc., in the presence of the following (E) component and (D) 1-20 mass% aromatic polycarbonate block copolymer, and further (E) 0.1-20 pts. mass block copolymer and/or its hydrogenated material. having a polymer block of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block of a conjugated diene compound based on 100 pts. mass total of the components (A), (B), (C) and (D).
