PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher and a grizzly feeder which can precisely adjust a supply amount of an object to be crushed to a jaw crusher in accordance with the load state during the operation and prevent an unexpected fluctuation in the transfer speed of the object to be crushed. SOLUTION: The crusher for crushing an object to be crushed by a jaw crusher comprises a grizzly feeder having a grizzly feeder main body, a vibrator casing 61 attached to the grizzly feeder main body in a rotating manner, a pair of eccentric shafts 62 installed approximately parallel in the vibrator casing 61, a hydraulic motor 64 for a feeder for rotating and operating these eccentric shafts 62, and a hydraulic motor 65 for casing rotation for rotating and operating the vibrator casing 61 around the inter-shaft of the pair of the eccentric shafts 62 in a manner that the positions of the pair of the eccentric shafts 62 are made adjustable.
