PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable floor apparatus around a toilet bowl which can accomplish the assistance for a user of a toilet or best usability according to the user's body shape with very simple implements. SOLUTION: A step board 4 is lowered below a floor material 2 standing a user P on the step board 4. The lowered step board 4 is stopped when a toilet seat S of a Western-style toilet 1 touches softly or comes near under buttocks H of the user P. In this situation, the user P can sit on the Western-style toilet 1 easily without bending down the waist or back forcedly, by only lowering the buttocks H a little on the toilet seat S.
