Preparation of polyurea powders (A) comprises subjecting a suspension of polyurea particles (I), in at least a solvent, to spray drying. Independent claims are also included for (1) (A) obtained by the method; (2) a composition (B) comprising (A) suspended in at least one basic oil and/or a solvent; (3) a method for preparing (B) comprising suspending (A) in at least one basic oil and/or solvent; (4) use of a high pressure homogenizer to prepare polyurea dispersion in at least a basic oil and/or a solvent; and (5) a lubricant comprising (A) with at least one basic oil and optionally further auxiliary and additives.
