<p>A device for making infusions and similar beverages from infusion material (6), comprises a boiler (1) having a bottom wall (12), a container (3) for the made beverage, a cup-shaped body (2) apt to be inserted inside said boiler (1), in an upturned position, and having an open end (22) at the bottom of said boiler (1) and a second end closed by the elastic bottom (21), and a filter (4), interposed between the boiler (1) and the container (3) and having a contact element (41) with an elastic bottom (21). The device is such that in a first stage of making said open end (22) of the cylindrical body (2) is in contact with the bottom of the boiler (1), defining a region (23) apt to contain water and the infusion material (6), and in a second stage, once the infusion has taken place, the open end (22) is lifted with respect to the bottom wall (12), so as to define a port (26) apt to allow the transit of the made beverage. The lifting of the open end (22) with respect to the bottom wall (12) occurs owing to the pressure increase said region (23) due to the heating of the water, said lifting action being hindered by the inflexing of the elastic bottom (21) against the contact element (41).</p> |
